Complaint Handling Procedure Eryri Hips

William Morris will deal with any complaints you may have. If you have a

question or you would like to make a complaint, please don’t hesitate to

If you have initially made your complaint verbally – whether face to face or on the phone – please also make it in writing, addressed to William Morris at the address provided above.

Once we have received your written complaint, William will contact you in

writing within seven days, at this stage he will give you his understanding of

the case, he will also invite you to make any further comments that you may

have in relation to this.

Within twenty – one days of receipt of your written summary William Morris

will write to you, to inform you of the outcome of his investigation into your

complaint, to let you what actions will be taken.

If you remain dissatisfied with any aspect of the internal handling of your

complaint, then we can take the matter to mediation with the Independent

Pack Providers Association (IPPA). This will consist of :

Three members of the IPPA complaints panel that will:

Include at least one member of the IPPA executive board

Have no direct interest in the decision

the process is available at no cost to the customer and, where appropriate, will

provide effective redress.

If you remain unhappy about the way your complaint is being handled you

  • may, at any stage contact IPPA (of which Eryri Hips are a member) who will
  • ensure your complaint is dealt with correctly.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected at any time.
