HIPs for properties which are unregistered         £325*    no vat

HIPs for properties which are leasehold               £300*    no vat 

Electronic (pdf) only Hips, hard copies £10 each.

**Please note that due to new regulations, search prices are ever changing at the moment, Conwy and Gwynedd councils have yet to decide their final charges for the added searches required for Home Information Packs**
